EnhanceAble is a charity based in Kingston Upon Thames that does immensely valuable work, helping people with learning and physical difficulties. It was time to do justice to a unique and powerful story by refining their brand and overhauling their website.
We ran a series of workshops to define the EnhanceAble brand and explore how best to restructure their website. We gave them a new strap line, ‘Pulling lives together’, and a more intuitive experience when exploring their website, making it easier for EnhanceAble to engage more directly with each audience. We also put a new focus on recruitment, given its importance to their continued success. Richer use of media (including more photography and video content) played a huge part in creating empathy with the local community and bringing to life how they have transformed the lives of service-users and carers alike.
