Nine Elms Court Estate Agents approached us to produce a brochure for them. They were looking to sell properties to high net worth individuals and investors in the Nine Elms area of London.
Solution
We produced a brochure for Nine Elms Court. With many apartments off plan, the design focused around aspirational imagery to convey the life-style that the buyer could enjoy. Emotional engagement is the main driver for buyers, and consequently the brochure employed print finishes such as silver ink, and spot UV varnish and soft-touch lamination to the cover. We also modified their logo to better suit their target market.
